Concrete driveway installation
A driveway change should preserve a clear route from parking to the house. We consider existing apron geometry and drainage before proposing extra pavement or replacement panels.
We service Lake Nona with concrete driveways, patio construction, repairs and resurfacing, stamped concrete, slabs, and sidewalks. New outdoor additions and changes to business entrances need to fit the existing building, landscape and circulation plan.
Lake Nona is part of Orlando’s Southeast Sector Plan, which also includes Medical City, East Park and other neighborhoods. We use that planning context rather than assigning a citywide median home age to this neighborhood. For a patio extension or new pad, the useful starting points are the approved site layout, existing drainage and intended loading.
We understand the difference between improving a home’s outdoor space and building concrete that supports commercial activity. We help navigate the appropriate Orlando or county review after confirming the address, along with any separate design requirements affecting the property.
Our goal is to keep appointments, explain the schedule and meet agreed milestones with clear communication. Florida’s demanding weather makes contractor selection consequential: fresh concrete needs the right ground preparation, finishing conditions and curing protection. We discuss those requirements before setting expectations for furniture, foot traffic or vehicles.

An extension outside a covered lanai can add usable seating space. Set the new height around the door, landscape and original slab, with any future roof support identified before placement.

Local edge damage or an unsuccessful coating does not always justify a complete new slab. We assess preparation needs and concrete stability before comparing patching, resurfacing and removal.

A stamped surface can give a new outdoor area its own identity. Discuss the pattern direction, border detail and compatible sealer rather than expecting it to duplicate a builder’s plain finish.

Pads for generators, storage or building use have different loading and attachment needs. Provide the equipment or structure information so the slab and any foundation can be designed appropriately.

Private paths should work with neighborhood and business circulation. Confirm ownership and the connection to existing routes before changing sidewalk levels or directing pedestrians through a vehicle area.
Orlando’s Southeast Sector Plan covers more than 19,300 acres east of the airport and includes Lake Nona. Development review can therefore involve more than the edge of one slab. Check the parcel jurisdiction and applicable property or association conditions before changing a frontage or extending outdoor space.
A building foundation or concrete-block structure needs design information that an open patio does not. At a commercial property, coordinate parking, accessible routes, loading and drainage with the site plan. Avoid treating a general flatwork allowance as an engineered construction proposal.
Preliminary Orlando Elite Concrete planning rates per square foot, not binding estimates. Final pricing requires a site assessment and written scope. Demolition, disposal, grading, drainage, reinforcement, permits, sealer and minimum job charges must be confirmed separately.
Call to get a quoteA clear strip beside the house may serve a drainage purpose. Review the approved levels and water path before using it for more patio or storage space.
An open slab is not automatically a foundation for walls or posts. Future construction should be discussed while support and anchoring can still be designed.
An association’s acceptance of a finish does not resolve public-agency requirements. Keep the two approvals separate in the project planning.
This project’s Census-place dataset does not define a separate Lake Nona median. We do not substitute Orlando’s citywide figure for the neighborhood.
We can assess the available area, drainage and intended use. Include plans for an enclosure or outdoor equipment so their requirements are considered before the pour.
Confirm the actual parcel first. Many properties are within Orlando’s Southeast Sector Plan; nearby postal names and marketing boundaries do not establish permitting jurisdiction by themselves.
